Conditions of Payment
<Credit Card>
- VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARDS are the only acceptable types of credit cards to pay. Participants wishing to make the payment with their credit card must settle online.
- Participants can make the online payment on Windows-based systems. Other PC environments such as MAC OS, cannot receive online payments due to security restrictions.
<Bank Transfer>
- Please be informed that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name.
- Any surcharges or remittance fees incurred to make the transfer should be paid by the registrants.
- A Copy of the transfer from the bank must be sent to the secretariat (registration@icomst2026.com).
- A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.

Cancellation and refund policy for registration
1) Cancellation Request Procedure
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Congress Secretariat (info@icomst2026.com).
Eligibility and the applicable refund amount will be determined based on the date and time the request is received by the Secretariat (KST).

2) Refund Schedule (Registration Fee Only)
Refunds apply only to the registration fee and exclude any bank charges, currency conversion costs, and third-party service fees.

ㆍCancellations received from February 1 to May 22, 2026: A full refund will be issued minus a USD 50 administrative fee.
ㆍCancellations received from June 1 to June 30, 2026: A 50% refund will be issued minus a USD 50 administrative fee.
ㆍCancellations received on or after July 1, 2026: No refund will be issued (100% cancellation penalty).
ㆍNo-show policy : No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, early departure, or any unused services.
3) Registration Substitution (Name Transfer)
Registration name substitutions are permitted until June 30, 2026 (KST) upon written request to the Secretariat.
A substitution is not considered a cancellation and does not trigger a refund. Any category-related fee difference (e.g., student vs. regular) may be charged.

4) Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the Congress.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, where feasible. Any applicable bank or intermediary fees will be borne by the registrant and may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Invitation Letters for Visa Applications
The ICoMST2026 and the secretariat will provide invitation letters issued by the congress chair to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. Once your registration is completed (payment confirmed), you may download the invitation letter for you from ‘My Page’. Should you need any further assistance with visa applications, please contact the secretariat.
