Guidelines
Before Abstract Submission
  • All abstracts must be submitted online.
    You must log in to the online system before submitting your abstract.
  • The invited speaker, oral or poster presenter, or corresponding author must upload the abstract to the online system.
    If the presenter changes, please notify the Scientific Committee(Dr. Gap-Don Kim; gapdonkim@snu.ac.kr).
  • All presenters must complete conference registration by the early registration deadline.
    Abstracts of presenters who do not register by this date will not be included in the program.
  • The default language of the conference is English, and all written materials must be prepared in English.
  • When submitting an abstract, the presentation format (invited, oral, or poster) must be indicated.
    Please note that selecting the oral presentation option does not guarantee acceptance; only abstracts reviewed and approved by the Scientific Committee will be scheduled for oral presentation.
    Authors whose abstracts are accepted for oral presentation will be individually notified by the Scientific Committee.
  • Graduate students wishing to participate in the oral presentation competition must indicate this during abstract submission.
How to Prepare Your Abstract
  • All abstracts must be written in English.
  • The length (including figures, tables, and references) must not exceed 2 pages.
  • Up to 5 keywords may be provided.
  • Abstracts must be submitted as a Word (.doc/.docx) file using the provided template.
How to Prepare Your Presentation
(Oral Presentation)
  • Prepare the oral presentation in PPT format.
  • Presentation time: 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
(Poster Presentation)
  • Posters must be displayed at the designated location for one day during the conference.
  • Presenters must attend the designated poster session.
  • Poster size: Max 90 × 120 cm, in portrait orientation.
